Ecotourism has boomed in recent years in the US. Seeking a more “nature friendly” way to vacation, Americans are flocking to glamping (glamorous camping) resorts and secret hideaways.
HOA planning
The Surfside collapse in Florida shocked the world and sent ripples through the construction and building management communities. Older buildings usually have small HOA funds and cannot make vital repairs and now strict regulations are saying they have no choice.

Our Story
Founders, Nick and Chris Minteer have trained at some of the top Universities in the world and started one of the fastest growing companies in the United States, generating over $10M with no investors, all while they were still in school. They took an idea that started in their parents garage to a global powerhouse. The Minteer Academy is based on the principals the Minteer brothers learned working together and with their team. Nick, the business mind, trained at University College London, and Chris, the product mind, a PhD Scientist, trained at University of Cambridge and Yale University. The Academy takes the same perspectives which made Nick and Chris so effective as co-founders and applies it in a real-world course, where ambitious teens have the opportunity to take on big problems through either an entrepreneurial or research lens.
